Refund & Return Policy
We want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping at stylishNooks.com. That’s why we offer a 30-day return & exchange policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your jewelry purchase, you are welcome to contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Return & Exchange Service Procedure

- You will receive an email notification once your return/exchange request has been approved.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back to the address provided in the approval email.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned products, we will process your refund or send out your replacement promptly.
Eligible Return & Exchange Conditions
The following scenarios are fully covered by our 30-day return & exchange policy (we will cover all return postage and replacement shipping fees):
- The product customization details do not match your order request, or there is an error in the customization process.
- You received the wrong item, a broken item, or a product with manufacturing defects/poor quality.
Non-Eligible Return & Exchange Scenarios
We regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges under the following circumstances, and we are not liable for related issues:
- Returns requested beyond the 30-day window from the date of delivery.
- Non-quality issues with personalized or customized products.
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, improper storage, or poor maintenance.
- Returns due to incorrect size selection made by the customer.
- Returns based on personal preference, change of mind, or similar subjective reasons.
Return & Exchange Instructions
- Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted or processed.
- All return requests must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your original order.
- Items must be returned in their original, unused condition—free of scratches, signs of wear, or alterations (including resizing, engraving modifications, etc.).
- We recommend using a local postal courier for returns. Avoid using DHL or other international couriers that may incur additional customs duties, as these fees will be the customer’s responsibility.
- Any promotional gifts included with your order must be returned along with the main item. If promotional gifts are missing, their retail value will be deducted from your refund amount.
- You will be responsible for all return and re-sending shipping fees, unless you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item (in which case we cover the fees).
Important Notes
- The return address is not the same as the shipping address on your package. Always contact our customer service team first to obtain an authorized return address.
- Products marked as engraved, customized, personalized, or final sale are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- For customers located in the United Kingdom and EU countries, 20% Value-Added Tax (VAT) will be deducted from all refund amounts.
- For returns/exchanges of broken or defective items: You must provide clear photos showing the damage/defect and a detailed description of the issue. If you are unable to provide photos, please inform our customer service team, and we will assist you with alternative verification steps.
