Please note that once you place an order with us, we aim to have it processed and shipped out to you as quickly as possible. However, please keep in mind that order processing times may vary based on the volume of orders we receive, current stock levels, and other factors. Estimated delivery dates or shipping speeds provided at the time of checkout are based on the shipping option you select and do not take into account any possible processing delays that may occur before your order is dispatched. Delivery Estimates for Domestic Orders
We understand that getting your order to you as quickly as possible is important. That is why we offer a variety of shipping options to fit your needs.
- Our Economy Shipping option usually takes 7–15 business days depending on your location.
- Our Expedited Shipping option usually takes 4–10 business days depending on your location.
- Our Express Shipping option takes 3–10 business days depending on your location.
Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your specific location. We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Free standard shipping on orders over $100 USD is only applicable to shipping addresses within the United States.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or other U.S. territories may take longer than the stated delivery times.
Delivery Estimates for International Orders
Orders over $200 USD are eligible for free standard international shipping. Please note that customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, and other fees imposed by their country of residence.
The estimated shipping timeframe for international orders is 10–25 business days. Please be advised that delivery dates and times cannot be guaranteed due to potential customs delays or carrier-related issues.
Shipments may be transported via ground, air, or a combination of both methods. Customers are fully responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and local taxes levied by their country or region.
These additional charges are not included in the checkout total. The carrier will contact you directly to inform you of any applicable fees. For reference:
- In the UK, customers may need to pay VAT, Customs Duty, or Excise Duty on goods imported from outside the European Union (EU), which typically amounts to approximately 12% of the order’s total value.
- In Canada, the import threshold is $20 CAD. Orders exceeding this amount may incur import fees ranging from roughly 5% to 13% of the order value.

If you refuse to pay the applicable customs fees and the parcel is returned to the U.S., a shipping & handling fee will be deducted from your refund. If you are unsure about potential customs charges, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing your order.
Misdelivered Packages & PO Boxes
At stylishNooks.com, we are committed to providing reliable and timely shipping services to our customers. However, we are not liable for misdelivered packages caused by incorrect shipping addresses or shipments sent to PO Boxes.
We advise all customers to provide an accurate and complete shipping address when placing an order. Failure to do so may result in delayed or misdelivered packages, and we will not be responsible for any losses or damages incurred in such cases.
For international shipments, we work with trusted carriers to ensure proper delivery. If a package is returned to us as "Return to Sender" due to delivery issues beyond our control, we are not liable for any losses or damages. Customers will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.
Lost Packages
We strive to provide our customers with a seamless and hassle-free shopping experience. As part of this commitment, we have a comprehensive shipping policy to ensure you receive your products in a timely and efficient manner.
We partner with reliable, trusted carriers for all deliveries. However, packages may occasionally be lost in transit. In the event that your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, you may request a full replacement of your order—this is only valid if the carrier provides official confirmation of the lost status.
To request a replacement, please contact our customer support team at service@stylishnooks.com and provide your order number along with any relevant information regarding the lost package. We will work directly with the carrier to confirm the status and arrange for a replacement shipment to be sent to you promptly.
Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer. We strongly recommend providing a secure shipping location to prevent any issues.
